We check the date
Crew, equipment and the cabinets are all booked per event, so availability is a real answer, not a maybe.
You get a proposal
One page: the programme, the hours, the crew, the final figure and any separate line such as travel.
You decide
A 40 per cent advance payment confirms the date. Sending this form does not hold anything.
We walk the room
With the venue: plan, load-in route, power, hours. Then the run sheet goes to both of you.
About your data.

What you enter in the form is processed in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare a written proposal, which is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you made, and on your consent where you ticked the marketing box.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone outside the crew planning your event.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw the marketing consent at any time by writing to the address above.
