Seventeenways to spendan evening.

15 programmes sit in the catalogue. On top of them there is the flagship evening, which has a page of its own, and the free play slots zone, which can be added to any programme on this page. Every figure below comes from one file, so the price you read here is the price you read everywhere else.

Picked out

The Fjord Job.

A staged robbery that runs to a script for a full evening. Guests are split into crews, draw a role card and work four rooms: the chip floor, the safe corridor, the radio desk and the getaway briefing. Chips and credits are props handed out at the door, and the casino-themed floor is one of the four rooms, not the whole night.

Equipment, over and above the catalogue

Free play slots, two of them mechanical.

An equipment zone we bring on top of any programme in the catalogue: four rental cabinets on free play, parked on their own 6 x 3 m stand. Two of them are mechanical slots with metal reels and a side lever, the other two are video slots with a button deck. Each cabinet runs on its own internal credit balance: the bill and coin acceptors are taken out before loading, so a guest puts nothing in and takes nothing out.

What is in the zone Add it to a programme

Two tall rental cabinets in grey transport covers on a stair-climber trolley in a service corridor before the build.
The cabinets travel in covers on a stair climber. Two of the four are mechanical, with metal reels and a side lever.

How to choosein four questions.

  1. Will people sit?

If the evening has a dinner and speeches in it, start in Ballroom Seasons. If people should be on their feet, start in the other two groups.

  2. How many guests?

Up to 120 opens almost everything. Above 240, four programmes remain: Winter Gala, Year End Assembly, Field Trials and the flagship.

  3. Indoors or outdoors?

Harbour Cipher, Night Map, Field Trials and Terrace Season are outdoor programmes with a written fallback. The rest stay inside.

  4. How many hours?

Three hours is the shortest programme on the shelf, eight the longest. Load-in and load-out happen outside those hours.

Questionsabout the catalogue.

How many programmes can run in one evening?

Two, comfortably, if one of them is seated. The Free Play Cabinets zone can be added to any programme because it stands on its own footprint and needs no crew beyond its attendant.

Can a programme be written for our own story?

Partly. The build, the crew and the equipment stay as listed, while the printed matter, the names and the script can be rewritten for your team. That work is quoted as a separate line in the proposal.

Which programmes include slots?

The Free Play Cabinets zone, which can be added to any programme, and The Fjord Job, which has three cabinets on its chip floor as standard. Two of the four cabinets in the zone are mechanical, with metal reels and a side lever, and all of them run on free play.
