The flagship evening

A heist, stagedon the fjord.

The Fjord Job

A staged robbery that runs to a script for a full evening. Guests are split into crews, draw a role card and work four rooms: the chip floor, the safe corridor, the radio desk and the getaway briefing. Chips and credits are props handed out at the door, and the casino-themed floor is one of the four rooms, not the whole night.

A sample of the shelf

Fifteen programmeson the shelf.

15 programmes in the catalogue, plus the flagship evening and the free play slots zone, which can be added to any of them.

  • A green-cloth table with chip trays and a dealer shoe, photographed from the side before an evening starts.

    Dealer Dozen

Up to 120 guests · 4 hours · Chip Theatre

    From $5,400

The short version of a casino-themed evening: three tables, twelve dealers and hosts, four hours. Every guest is handed the same stack of chips at the door and plays for standings on a printed leaderboard. There is nothing to buy, nothing to wager and nothing to cash out.

    What is in it

  • Two tall rental cabinets in grey transport covers on a stair-climber trolley in a service corridor before the build.

    Free Play Cabinets

Up to 300 guests · 8 hours · Chip Theatre

    From $2,850

An equipment zone we bring on top of any programme in the catalogue: four rental cabinets on free play, parked on their own 6 x 3 m stand. Two of them are mechanical slots with metal reels and a side lever, the other two are video slots with a button deck. Each cabinet runs on its own internal credit balance: the bill and coin acceptors are taken out before loading, so a guest puts nothing in and takes nothing out.

    What is in it

  • A clue board on a weighted stand on a stone quay, with a sealed pouch and pencil on the ground beside it.

    Harbour Cipher

Up to 200 guests · 3 hours · Riddle Routes

    From $3,900

A clue hunt along a quay or a park path. Teams of five carry a sealed pouch, read six marker boards and bring back a single word. The route is walked and timed by us the week before, so the distance is known before anyone signs for it.

    What is in it

  • A free-standing cube room built from frames and panels, with a latch panel of padlocks on its outer wall.

    Lockroom Relay

Up to 120 guests · 4 hours · Riddle Routes

    From $4,350

Four portable lock rooms built from flight cases, set up in any hall with a 3 m ceiling. Crews of six get 15 minutes per room and rotate on a bell. Nothing is screwed into the building, and the whole set packs down in 90 minutes.

    What is in it

  • A round table dressed with linen and a low centrepiece, with a small skirted stage behind it.

    Winter Gala

Up to 300 guests · 7 hours · Ballroom Seasons

    From $8,300

A seated evening for a large group: arrival, three speeches, a plated dinner the venue serves, and a short dance set to close. We bring the room dressing, the light, the sound and the run sheet, and we hand the venue a printed timing plan.

    What is in it

  • A low stage with seven music stands, a drum riser and brass instruments resting on their cases.

    Brass Night

Up to 260 guests · 6 hours · Ballroom Seasons

    From $7,450

A live seven-piece brass band in two sets, with a short host spot between them. Built for rooms with a hard ceiling: the plot keeps the volume at a level where the back tables can still hold a conversation.

How the eveningmoves.

A six-hour evening, as it is written in the run sheet the venue receives.

A function room dressed before doors: tables, light on stands and a swept floor, with nobody in the room yet.
The room an hour before doors, dressed and signed off with the venue.
  1. Doors and the first hour

Guests are met, handed their chips, card or dossier, and shown the room. Nothing is explained twice: the hosts walk the floor instead of making speeches.

  2. The programme opens

Tables, modules or stations start together on a signal. Two hours of play, with the hosts rotating so no group is left standing.

  3. The pause you asked for

Dinner, speeches or an award block, timed with the kitchen in advance. The floor closes and the light drops to table level.

  4. The close

Standings are read out, the last round runs, and the floor hands over to the music. Load-out begins once the room is empty, not before.

Chips are props.Nothing is wagered.

Every programme happens offline, in a venue you book, on a date you choose. On the casino-themed evenings each guest is handed the same stack of chips at the door: stacks cannot be bought, won back or topped up, and the dealers keep no cash at the table.

The free play cabinets run on their own internal credit balance. Their bill and coin acceptors are taken out before they are loaded onto the truck, so a guest puts nothing in and takes nothing out.

No bets are placed, there are no money prizes, and nothing is exchanged for cash, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes. We run nothing online. Admission is 18+. Your invoice covers the organisation of the evening, not play. Responsible programme rules

Questionswe get asked.

Is the casino-themed evening real gambling?

No. It is an offline themed evening in a venue you book. Chips and credits are props: every guest is handed the same stack at the door, nobody can buy or top up a stack, no bets are placed, there are no money prizes and nothing is exchanged for cash, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes. We do not run anything online. Admission is 18+, and what you pay for is the organisation of the evening, not play.

Do you bring slots, and are any of them mechanical?

Yes. Free Play Cabinets is an equipment zone we add to any programme: four rental cabinets on a 6 x 3 m stand. Two are mechanical slots with three metal reels and a side lever, two are video slots with a button deck. Every cabinet runs on its own internal credit balance, and the bill and coin acceptors are taken out before the cabinets are loaded onto the truck.

How far do you travel from Saguenay?

We load out of Chicoutimi and work across the Saguenay region and Quebec. Travel inside the region is in the price. Beyond it, the written proposal lists travel and crew accommodation as separate lines, so you can see them before you sign.

What do you need from the venue?

A room or a site, the floor plan, the load-in route with door widths, power as listed in the programme, and the hours we may be on site. Food, drink, furniture for seating and the venue staff stay with the venue or its caterer. Every programme page lists the split in writing.

How late can we still book a date?

Six weeks ahead is comfortable for most programmes, and three weeks is possible for the shorter ones if the crew and the cabinets are free. Send the date and we will answer with what is actually available, not with a maybe.
